Terms of Service
Plain language, because that's how we run the whole service. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to what's below.
The service
BidCatch scans public government procurement portals — SAM.gov, DLA DIBBS, and state bid boards — and emails you a daily digest of the solicitations that match the codes and states you give us. Your profile is built and maintained by a person, and code changes are honored the same day you send them.
Trial and billing
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A card is collected up front; you are not charged during the trial.
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins at $49.99 per month, billed through Stripe.
- Prices can change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a billing period already paid.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with one email to info@bidcatch.co. Cancellation stops all future billing — no retention process, no fees. Service continues through the end of any period already paid. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
What we promise — and what we don't
- We aggregate public procurement data that governments already publish. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government.
- We work hard to be complete and accurate, but we can't guarantee either. Portals change, listings move, and filters can miss edge cases. Always verify deadlines, requirements, and documents with the issuing agency before you bid.
- The digest is information, not procurement, legal, or contracting advice.
- Some days there are simply no matching bids — no email is the honest answer, not a malfunction.
Your use
Your digest is for your business. You can share it inside your company (up to the inboxes on your plan), but you can't resell it, republish it, or feed it into a competing service.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim. A missed bid is worth more than that — which is exactly why the verification rule above matters.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll email active subscribers before the change takes effect. Continuing the service after that notice means you accept the new terms.
