THE CONTRACTOR MUST SUPPORT THE REQUIREMENTS OF A COMPLEX MATRIX ORGANIZATION WITH VARIOUS SPONSOR DRIVEN REQUIREMENTS TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF DEVELOPING SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS THAT CAN BE LEVERAGED ACROSS ORGANIZATIONAL BOUNDARIES.
